Vida Doris Adkins 86, of Key Rock passed away on January 19, 2021.
Born September 5, 1934 in Key Rock, She was the daughter of the late Frank and Francy Vanhoy Laxton.
Vida was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and sharing time with her family.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Moses Adkins Jr. and her son Thomas Dale Adkins.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children who loved her dearly: Betty (Raymond) Walker, Larry (Lorraine) Adkins, Pam (Russell) McCoy, Kenneth (Deanna) Adkins, and Connie Adkins. Her grandchildren Keith (Angel) Walker, Brian (Bridget) Walker, Jared, Cheryl, and Brent Adkins, Dawn (William) Morgan, Adam McCoy, Jason (Jessica) Adkins, Crystal Adkins, and Brittney Shrewsbury. Her great grandchildren: Emily and Tyler Walker, Alexis Brooke, Dawson, Savannah, Kendall, Tia, and Baylee Walker, Jenna Adkins, Evan Morgan, Livingston Privett, Riley and Kenadi McCoy, and Easton Adkins.
