Tabatha Nicole Massey

Tabatha Nicole Massey, 40, of Oceana, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior, November 14, 2024. She was born June 13, 1984 in Beckley, WV to Diana and Harold Massey. Tabatha was a child of God and was welcomed into Heaven by Jesus and her brother Johnathan. Tabatha was a member of the last graduating class of Oceana High School in 2002. She was a member of Delilah Methodist Church where she enjoyed attending Sunday Services and prayer meeting. After high school she enjoyed her time living in Bluefield and cherished the friends she made there. She will be remembered as a loving caregiver of the family. She handed out compliments to friends and family freely and had a laugh bigger than life. She was a pillar of dependability at family events and enjoyed trips with her mom and family. She loved snow in the winter and pool side chats with her family in the summer. She loved church, movies, books, and people. She is survived by her parents Diana and Harold Massey of Oceana., WV, her sisters Bridget (Ricky) Hatfield of Oceana WV, Charity (Adam) Huffman of Oceana WV and Lauren (Danny) Goins of Princeton, WV and her nieces that she loved as her own, Hallie Hatfield, Whittney (Wesley) Browning, Kelsey (Dason) Griffey and Chloe Belle Goins also her great nieces Oakleigh and Blakely Browning and great nephew Kyser Griffey. Those preceded in death were Brother Johnathan William Gene Massey, Maternal Grandparents Clarence (Cag) Toler and Lulla Belle Toler . Paternal Grandparents Lee Massey and Vonnie Massey and Aunt Maretta Tolliver. Tabatha will be missed by a host of other family and friends. The family will be served by Evans-Calfee Funeral Home Of Oceana WV. Visitation will be Tuesday November 19th from 6-8pm and the Funeral will be Wednesday November 20th at 1pm at the Evans-Calfee Chapel.
