Sandra Lucene (Stolarcyk) Mills

Sandra Lucene Stolarcyk Mills, 61, of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away on February 15, 2026.  Born May 5, 1964, Sandra was the daughter of the late Richard Stolarcrk and Alma Bressler Stolarcyk.  Sandra grew up in Mullens, WV, where she spent most of her life before relocating to Virginia. Sandra loved art and her favorite hobbies were painting and drawing.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Brandon Mills, and her daughter Mandy Mills and her husband David Carter.  Two brothers, Donald Dalrymple and Dennis Dalrymple, one sister, Deborah Dalrymple, and a host of extended family and friends.

In keeping with Sandra’s wishes, she will be cremated, and a private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
