Russell L Tolliver

Russell Lee Tolliver, 39, passed away unexpectedly at Welch Community Hospital Friday, February 9, 2024.

He was born March 6, 1984, in Mullens, WV to the late  Okey Tolliver and Helen Adkins Tolliver.

Russell enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing video games. He especially loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Brian Adkins and Steven Tolliver.

He leaves behind a brother, Wayne Adkins and wife Linda and a sister, Lora Shropshire; his very special niece, Addison Helen Marie Tolliver; extended family; and countless friends.
