Lonnie Gale McKinney Sr. 71, of Skin Fork went home to be with his Lord on Thursday March 11, 2021.

Born August 27, 1949 in Jesse he was the son of the late Clarence and Brookie Lusk McKinney.

Lonnie was a simple man that enjoyed simple things. He was ready to meet his Savior.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Lonnie Gale (Junior) McKinney Jr. two brothers Darrell McKinney and Gilmer McKinney.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Sandra McKinney, his three daughters: Wanda Gail Bishop and her husband Mike, Kimmy Sue Mathis, and Sabrina Lynn Musick and her husband Carl. 2 sons: Harry Ropp, and Jacob McKinney. 8 grandchildren: Hailey, Dionne, Bradley, Katelyn, Colby, Gabe, Alexis, and Brandon. 4 great grandchildren: Lucas, Jack, Aly, and Baby McKinney. 2 brothers: Benny McKinney, and Ronnie McKinney, and his sister Ardyth Brown, and a host of nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

Memorial Donations can be made to the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley.
