Lilly June McCoy Goode, 86, of Pineville, passed away Monday, February 13, 2023 at Wyoming Nursing and Rehab.

Lilly was born March 14, 1936 in Panther, WV to the late Floyd and Viola McCoy.

She was a member of Old Regular Baptist Church until her illness.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Verna Davis Goode; her daughter Lorraine Dalton; and her siblings Ann Goode, Opal Brooks and husband Buddy, Wayne McCoy and wife Jenny and Roy McCoy and wife Alice.

She is survived by her daughters Sharron Brooks and husband Tom and Darlene Gibson; sons Jeff Goode, Lee Goode and wife Missy and Mike Goode and wife Julie; brothers Russell McCoy and wife Pam and John McCoy and wife Wilma; sister, Nancy Workman and husband Ward; brother-in-law Lindell Goode; sister-in-law Beatrice Cook and husband Selby; eleven grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff of Wyoming Nursing for the care they gave to Lilly until she passed.
