Lida Maxine Gregory

Lida “Maxine” Gregory, 85, of Crouch’s Farm, entered her new life on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Logan Regional Hospital following a short illness.

Born May 28, 1935 in Mohawk, WV, she was the daughter of the late Hannibal and Zella Blankenship.

Maxine loved spending time with her family and  she was her children’s biggest fan. She was a devoted member of the Clear Fork Valley Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Arlie Gregory, brothers AB and LE Blankenship and a Sister Donna Boardwine.

Survivors include her children Rev. Erwin Gregory and wife Martha, Steve Gregory and wife Angela Laverne and Tammy Gregory Stewart; grandchildren Anita Lester and husband Bill, Michelle Atwell and husband David, Joshua Gregory and wife Angie, Brandon Gregory and wife Kelly, Tabitha Cook and husband Michael, Cassie Sizemore and husband Justin and Noah  Green and wife Ashley; great-grandchildren Brooke Brauer and husband Nate, Chandler  Lester and wife Savannah, Chelsea and Dylan Lester, Rylee and Maci Atwell, Halie, Gavin, Aayla, and Embyr Gregory, Michaela and Zoe Cook, Kenleigh and Kamryn Sizemore and Zachery and Alaina Green; Sisters Glenda Smith and husband Roy and Geraldine Powers; brothers Larry and wife Vickie and Hannibal Blankenship Jr and wife Rhonda; two sisters-in-law; and a host of family and friends.
