JoAnn Dominick 85 of Wolfpen, went home to be with the Lord on October 3, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her family.
born January 26, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Violet Allen Beverly.
She was a former Postmaster of the Wolfpen Post Office for over 20 years, and really enjoyed serving the community and visiting with her neighbors. She attended church most of her life, where she was a Sunday School Teacher, played the piano and sang, for many years. At the end of her life she was a member of Charity Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years Samuel Dominick; three brothers "Little" Bobby, Gerald Beverly, and Connie Beverly; one sister Patricia England, and her son Steven Lewis.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Deborah Smith of DeWitt Va, and Joyce Parnell of Henderson N.C. and her sons, Charles "Eddie" Dominick (Leann) and Christopher Dominick (Donna) both of Wolfpen. Three Brothers, Roger Beverly of Montgomery, Gary Beverly of Midway, and Leslie Beverly of Wolfpen; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Hospice of Southern West Virginia for their care and compassion in her final days. A special thank you to her hospice aid, Kailey Vest.
She will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny.
