Ina Geraldine New

Ina Geraldine New 90, of Brenton went home to be with her Lord on Monday November 14, 2022. 

Born February 2, 1932 at Cub Creek she was the daughter of the late Troy and Mae Vance. 

Geraldine was a life long resident of Brenton and a member of the Brenton Baptist Church. She loved cooking for her friends and family, working on her house, but loved every moment spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Gene New, her daughter Ina New, her son Herb New, her grandson Johnny New, and her granddaughter Kerri Ruff.

Those left to cherish her memory include her grandchildren: Roy New and his wife Kristen, Jaime New, and Sara Mills and her husband Mitch. Seven Great Grandchildren Paisley New, Audrey New, Emma-Katelyn Price, Kennith Ruff, Jaxon Huff, Kayla Trent, Abby Trent, and one on the way due in December. Her brother Shorty Vance, a special neighbor JR Stafford, and a host of nieces, nephews, and countless friends. 

The family would like to thank the staff of Wyoming Nursing and Rehab for the care given to Gerladine.
