Grover Stepp

Grover C. Stepp, 88, Of Crany, passed away peacefully at home early Wednesday morning, December 15, 2021. He is now rejoicing with the Lord!

Born April 17, 1933 in Inez Ky, he was the son of the late Moses and Darcus Hensley Stepp.

Grover was a coal miner, farmer and horse trader. He was a member of the Bethel United Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-six years, Madeleen Stepp; his daughter Charlene Stepp; son in law Roger McKinney; sister, Gladys McCoy; brother Delbert Kazce,; niece Doris Childers and a host of other family members.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Geraldine McKinney, Bennie Stepp and his wife Becky, Evealene Elkins and her husband Steve, Kenneth Stepp and his wife Nina and Whitney Boggs and her husband Josh; grandchildren, Roger Wayne McKinney and his wife Christy, Kevin McKinney and his wife Lenore, Daniel McKinney, Mark Stepp, Luke Stepp and his wife Jessi, Sammie Cooke and her husband Adam, Steve Elkins and his wife Missy, Adam Elkins and his wife Jamie and Kandi Martin; great-grandchildren, Douglas, Molly, Maria, Bethany, Taylor, Cadence, Kenzie, Eden, Lydia, Dawson, Alisha, Katie, Andy, Ally, Penelope, Abigail, and Ezekiel; great great grandchildren, Harper and Maddox; siblings Janet Keller and her husband Darhyl, Joe Stepp and James Stepp and his wife Mary; special cousin, Dallas Muncy and a long time friend Shirley Phillips.
