Grace Ann Horn

Grace Ann Horn, 48, went to join her sister in Heaven Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at Welch Community Hospital.

Born December 3, 1976, in Charleston, WV, she was the daughter of the proud parents, Jackie Horn and Maxine Adkins Horn.

Grace was a graduate of Guyan Valley School in Brenton. She loved greatly and was greatly loved by those fortunate enough to be a part of her life. She gained an immense amount of pleasure from playing with pop cans.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Becky; maternal grandparents, Charles and Pauline Adkins; paternal grandparents, Elmer and Caroline Horn; uncles, Denver Akins and Eddie Adkins; aunt, Madeline; cousin, Savannah Adkins; and her great-nephew, Dillion Horn.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Thomas, his wife, Crissy, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
