Geneva J Conley

Geneva Jean Conley, 94, passed away peacefully at Bowers Hospice House on Thursday, May 25, 2023.

Born May 29, 1928 in Gilbert, WV, she was the daughter of the late Oley Cook and Goldie Davidson Cook.

Geneva loved spending time with her grandchildren and really enjoyed cooking for her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Conley; two sons, Mark and Joey Conley; and siblings, Norwood Cook, Norris Cook, Oley Cook, Mavis Blankenship and June Smith.

Those left to cherish Geneva’s memory are her children, Laura Ellis and husband Kevin of Pineville and David Conley of Oceana; three grandchildren, PJ Ellis, Travis Ellis and Rose Conley; and one great-grandchild, Bayleigh Ellis.
