Franklin Delenor Cameron

Franklin Cameron 71, of Lexington NC, formerly of Baileysville passed away February 3, 2020. 

Born September 20, 1948 in Ieager, he was the son of the late Woodrow and Ruby Jones Cameron.

 Mr. Cameron was veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing, ginsinging, and working on cars. 

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 brothers Calvin Cameron, Walton Cameron, and Lee Cameron.

Those left to cherish his memory include his 3 children Regina Brown and husband Bryan, Kevin Cameron, and Kristina Radosevich, 6 grand children, and 1 great grandchlid, 3 sisters Ellen Miller, Wanda Yeager, and Eleanor Williams and her husband Ray, his uncle Moody Cameron, and a host of nieces, nephews, and countless friends. 

Services will be Monday February 10, 2020 at 1pm in the chapel of Evans-Calfee Funeral Service in Pineville, with Rev. Tommy Knotts officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Wyoming County Veterans Honor Guard. Burial will follow in the Emily Green Cemetery at Pad Fork. 

Friends may gather with the  family from 11 am until service time Monday at the funeral home.
