Dennis "Craig" Lester

Dennis “Craig” Lester, 51, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024, at Welch Community Hospital.

Born April 9, 1972, in Welch, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Dennis Lester and Palma Hughes Morgan.

Dennis really enjoyed anything sports related, gardening, making people laugh, spending time with his fur baby, Daisey and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lovis and Bruce Hughes and his paternal grandparents, Luster and Violet Lester and several aunts and uncles.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving companion, Angie Morgan; five children, Justin Lester and wife Taylor, Chase Lester, Gracie Lester, Kendra Morgan and Derek Morgan and husband Dennis; grandchildren, Sophia Lester, Makai Newell, Raiden Lester, Elliana Lester and Raylan Lester; sister, Becki Lester; half- brother, Brad Green; stepfather, Jeff Morgan; two siblings, Heith Morgan and Brittany Hatfield; special cousins, Randy Kennedy, Doug Kennedy, Gary Kennedy, Isaac Jewel and Jamie Jewell; a special aunt, Michelle Jewel; his fur baby, Daisy; and a host of extended family and friends.
