Clercie Marie (Buchanan) Stiles

Clercie Marie Stiles passed away peacefully Monday December 19, 2022 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Born April 22, 1933, Marie was the daughter of the late Thomas Buchanan and Louisa Milam Buchanan.

Marie was the last of fifteen children. She loved watching Hallmark movies and working on her IPad. Everyone that knew her talked about her quick wit and wonderful sense of humor. Marie loved to travel with her family and friends. Her love of cooking was what she was most known for, she had cooked in several restaurants in the county. Marie was a devoted Mother and Grandmother, spending time with her family was her greatest pleasure.

Marie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward Earl “Jigger” Stiles, her son in law Douglas Morgan and all of her siblings.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Sherry Morgan of Saulsville and Angela Stewart and her husband Sefton of Glen Fork; grandchildren, Adam Morgan and his partner, Steve, Nicholas Morgan and his wife, Connie, Ashley Fugate and her husband, Smurf, Ryan Stewart, Leaundra Stewart and her partner, Brandon, James Stewart and Ray Stewart; great-grandchildren, Abel, Axton, Ace, Jared, Dominick, Josh, Jerica, Caleb, Brandon, Ethan, McKenna, Kayleigh, Taylor,  Levi, Lilly and Juni; numerous great great grandchildren; special friends and extended family, Brandy Stewart, Sherry Ratliff, Charolotte McMillion, Rhonda Thompsom, Belinda Putorek and a host of nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her wishes Marie will be cremated and a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
