Cindy Darlene Toler

Cindy Darlene Toler went to be with her Lord following a long illness on Sunday, January 12 ,2025 at the age of 65.

Cindy will be remembered as a kind, loving, gentle, and patient wife, mother, and friend. Cindy never turned anyone away. She always offered a safe place for anyone in need. Her door was always open. Cindy was known as the community “mom” and was loved by all.

Cindy is preceded in death by her loving husband of 37 years, Marvin Toler. Mother, Sylvia Bailey of Sabine West Virginia. Father, Wilson Bailey of Sabine West Virginia. Two sisters, Judy Williams and Carol Bailey of Sabine West Virginia. Four brothers; Larry Bailey of Sabine West Virginia, “Pip” Bailey of Ravencliff West Virginia, Cub Bailey of Clevland Ohio and “Sonny” Bailey of Clevland Ohio.

Cindy is survived by her only son, Frankie Bailey who lived at home in Elkin North Carolina and was her primary caregiver. Her daughter, Rhonda Rakes and husband, Todd of Elkin North Carolina. Three grandsons; Dakota Rakes and his wife Addison of Mount Airy North Carolina, Hunter Rakes of Elkin North Carolina, and Frankie Bailey and his girlfriend, Nynaeve Dickens of West Virginia. Four granddaughters; Breonna Marion and her husband Hayden of Dobson North Carolina, Gabriel Bailey and her husband Jayden Clark of West Virginia, Skylar Bailey and her boyfriend Tyler Stafford of West Virginia, and Payton Bailey of West Virginia. Cindy had 6 great great-grandchildren; Cannon Marion and Braxton Rakes of North Carolina. Elena Dickens, Everleigh Dickens, Edmund Clark, Adalynn Stafford, all of West Virginia. One brother, Cecil Baily of Clevland Ohio.
