Bobbie Ann Chambers

Bobbie Ann Chambers, 45, of Turkey Creek, passed away from this life but joined the Kingdom of Heaven on November 25, 2022 in her home.

Bobbie was born in Beckley, WV to Sandra McCoy and Thomas Chambers on August 7, 1977.  She was gifted and passionate about photography, cooking, music, and animals. As a student at Pineville High School, Bobbie participated in Color Guard Flagging, playing the clarinet, and was a majorette. She was an active and beloved member of Brenton Baptist Church. More than anything, Bobbie loved spending time with her family, especially playing with and taking photos of her niece Emily Bolden, and her youngest cousin Willow Hatfield who she thought of as her own.

Bobbie never met a stranger. She made friends wherever she went, and considered every friend the same as family. Bobbie will forever be remembered for her genuine unconditional love for all those around her.

Bobbie is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Chambers, her grandfather Fred Forren, her paternal Grandparents Gene and Katherine Chambers, and her step-brother Chris McCoy.

Bobbie is survived by her mother Sandra McCoy, her grandmother Audrey Forren,  her siblings: Kellie Chapman, Buddy Bolden, Merritt Chambers, and Jodie McCoy, her step-father Freddie McCoy, her step-sister Tammy McCoy, her brother-in-law Dave Chapman, her sister-in-law Renee Bolden, her niece Emily Bolden, her nephews: Logan, Jack, and Tyler McCoy, her aunt and uncle Linda & Herold Hatfield, and her cousins: Fred Hatfield, Rick Hatfield, Sabrina Hatfield, Reilly Marrs, Dylan Hatfield, Noah Hatfield, Lilly Hatfield, and Willow Hatfield whom she loved as her own. Countless extended family and her church family.

Visitation will be held 11 am Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Brenton Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 12 noon with Pastor Tommy Knotts officiating. Burial will follow at “The End of the Trail Cemetery” in Sam Black Church, WV.
