Betty (Vance) Osborne

Betty Vance Finney Osborne 64, of Pineville passed away at her residence on Wednesday January 10, 2024.

Born September 23, 1959, in Mobile Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Jerry and Pauline Ward Vance.

Betty loved to do crafts, watching WVU football, basketball, and spending time with her grand kids. She deeply loved her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Vance.

Those left to cherish her memory include her two children, Wes Finney and his wife Bri, and Cassandra Hall and her husband Erby Jr.  Six grandchildren: Haleigh Borg, Cooper Borg, Raegan Finney, Erby Hall III, Ruger Hall. and Nicolette Hall. One brother Virgil Adkins. Her two sisters: Barbara Caldwell, and Tina Massey. A host of extended family and countless friends.
