Arthur Dean Blevins, 73 of Oceana passed away Wednesday November 17, 2021 at his residence. Born July 30, 1948 in Roanoke Va, he was the son of the late Roy Lee and Edith Campbell Blevins.

Arthur served his country proudly in the United States Army. He spent his pastime drawing and making wooden crafts he was a talented artist. Arthur had a passion for cars.

In addition to his parents Arthur was preceded in death by his Brother, Robert Blevins

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Keith Blevins and his wife, Melissa and Dana Lumsden and her husband Sean; grandchildren, Alisa Lumsden and Mason Blevins; sister Anna Fields; niece Tammy Lester and her husband Bilton and great nephew Brandon Lester.
