Sylvia, 79, passed away Friday, November 2, 2018 at Princeton Health Care Center surrounded by her family. Sylvia was born June 27, 1939 to the late Calloway and Adie Tolliver of Pineville. She enjoyed singing about her Lord, listening to Gospel Music and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by six brothers, Ike, Jess, Hioram, James, Alvis and Raymond Tolliver, and three sisters, Gracie McComas, Sadie McComas, and Mazie Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Billings; four sons, Leroy Adkins and his wife, Diana, Buddy Adkins and his wife, Susan, Roger Adkins and his companion, Cindy, and Kevin Cook; three daughters, Janice Mullens, Kathy Dancy and her companion, Rusty, and Ethel Morgan and her husband, Andy; two brothers Okey A. Tolliver and Dale Tolliver; and one sister, Frances Sims; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; and her four-legged baby Little-bit.
A celebration of Sylvia’s life will be at 12 p.m., Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, at Evans-Calfee Funeral Service Chapel, Pineville, with the Rev. Ernest Frances officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Princeton.
Pallbearers will be son-in-law, Andy Morgan, grandsons, Keith Mullens, Jeremy Adkins, Jesse Adkins, and grand-son-in-laws, Jamie Payne, and Tommy Pruitt.
Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday, Nov. 5, 2018 at the funeral home.
