Richard Justice Obituary

Richard L. Justice, 76, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Born June 2, 1943, he was the son of the late Noah Lee Justice and Eulah Mildred Sanders Justice.

Richard led a very interesting life. He was a proud Army veteran, worked several years in the coal mines, drove over the road as a semi-truck driver and served many years as a deputy for Wyoming County, until he was injured in the line of duty.

He enjoyed spending time in the woods; fishing and hunting. He was a talented artist and guitar player until his career ending injury prohibited him from performing.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Delores Carol Justice and his sister, Betty Halloway.

He is survived by two daughters, Katherine and Lisa; several grandchildren; and two brothers, Steve and Daniel.
