Minnie Pendry Obituary
Minnie J. Pendry, 84, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Wyoming Nursing and Rehab in New Richmond.
Born December 7, 1934 in Matheny, WV, she was the daughter of the late Burbidge and Minnie Bailey.
Minnie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed reading her Bible and canning. She was very fond of the children of the neighborhood and absolutely loved cooking for them all. Minnie was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank and a great-grandson, Ben Ruley.
She will be dearly missed by her children, Tommy Pendry and wife, Bonnie of Matheny, Stan Pendry of Welch, Iris Workman and husband, Buzz of Pineville, Letha Gilstrap and husband, Roger of Durham, NC, Vanessa Pauley of Pineville, and Glenda Pizzino and husband, Danny of Glen Fork; seventeen grandchildren; twenty six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
