Margaret Ann Brown Clay 76, of Saulsville went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday September 18, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Born July 15, 1942 in Beckley, she was the daughter of the lare Wade and Mavis Cozort Brown.
Margaret was a Wyoming County school bus driver, with over 28 years of service. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved supporting her children in what ever they were involved in. Margaret loved listening to her son Tim on Friday nights as he helped broadcast the Football and Basketball games on Kiss FM. She was a member of the Saulsville Baptist Church, and loved being with her church family. She was a encouragement to so many. Margaret was a fighter and had battled cancer 3 times during her life and credited the "Good Lord" with getting her through.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter in law Toni Gail Clay, her great grandson Phoenix Alexander Peerman.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband Teddy Ray Clay, her three children Timothy Wade Clay, David Russel Clay, and Teresa Rae Clay. Her brother Buford Brown, and hers sister Jean Evans, and her great grand daughter Searya Peerman, and a host of extended family, and many friends. In keeping with her wishes Margaret will be cremated.
