JoAnn (Pennington) Mullins

JoAnn Mullins 82, of Matheny, passed from this life and entered her heavenly home on Thursday, August 15, 2019.

Born May 8, 1937 in Maben, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lissie Brooks Pennington.

JoAnn was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother, she loved spending time with her family.

She enjoyed quilting and working in her garden, she was so proud of her flowers.

In addition to her mother, JoAnn was preceded in death by her loving husband, Kenneth; two sons, Calvin and Alfred; four brothers, Billy, Kenny, Donald and Ronald; and one sister, Juanita Rynn.

She is survived by two sons, Clifford and Jeff ; four brothers, Alfred Pennington and wife Janice of Glen Rogers, Harvey Pennington and wife Martha of Stanford, KY, John Pennington and wife Karen of Elkhorn City, KY, and Thomas Pennington of Colonial Beach, VA; three sisters, Lois Miller of Lady Lake, FL, Eva Rose of Matheny and Roxanne Tilley and husband David of Princeton; sister-in-law, Diana Pennington of Matheny; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and many loving friends.
