Jean Deliah Cook Ruszkowski passed away Friday, January 11, 2019 in Beckley.

She was born May 23, 1937 in Jesse, WV to the late Wrife Clinton Cook and Myrtle Vida Browning Cook.

Jean’s favorite thing to do was to spend time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John Ruszkowski; son, Rodney Wayne Scarbro, Jr; and siblings, Twilia, Harold, Ralph, Randall and Isabelle.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Stover and husband, Ricky of Rock Creek; a sister, Deloris Ellis; stepsons, John Ruszkowski Jr and wife, Linda of Georgia and Michael Ruszkowski and wife, Sherry of Florida; grandchildren, Dominica Stover, Ricky Wayne Stover and Michael Scarbro; step grandchildren, Kelly, Mike and Ginny; and six great-grandchildren.
