Dorothy Jean Sluss, 93, of Princeton, formerly of Kopperston, went to be with the Lord, Saturday March 16, 2019.
Born January 12, 1926 in Harlan KY, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Margaret Murphy Clowers.
Dorothy had tremendous faith in the Lord and was known for being a hard worker. She loved taking care of her precious grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Malvern Sluss Jr. and her daughter, Deborah Walters.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Elizabeth Pendry and her husband Ted of Princeton and Greg Sluss and his wife Susan of Kopperston; grandchildren, Larry Pendry and his wife Cindy of Gassaway, Chuck Pendry and his wife Suzie of Stephenville TX, Timothy Walters of Sevierville TN, Heather Roop and her husband Kevin of Mt. Hope, Sunny Cook and her husband Ben, of Mooresville NC and Matt Sluss of Oceana; Seven great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
