Born April 28, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Thelma Staton Caudill,

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 47 years Roy Cook. Her 2 children Roy James Cook and his wife Madeline, and Kerri Lynn Cook. Her 6 grandchildren: Jacob Cook, Hunter Shannon, Zoe Cook, Alex Hall, Ethan Hall, and Skyler Stull. Her brother Jeff Caudill, and her Two sisters Nancy Poff, and Amber Sizemore. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

Services will be Friday at 1pm at the Christian Fellowship Worship Center, Pineville, with Pastor Bill Goode officiating. Burial will follow in the Cook Family Cemetery in Oceana. Grandsons and Nephew's will serve as her pallbearers.
