Darrell "Jeep Man" Bishop Obituary

Darrell Eugene Bishop, 74, of Fan Rock, passed away February 13, 2019 at his home. Born December 17 , 1044 in Fan Rock he was the son of the late Harold Lewis Bishop and Bessie Walker.

He loved to hunt and fish. Every morning for the last 50 years he could be found talking on his CB radio.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Donald Eugene Bishop.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Alice Morgan Bishop, his son, Harold Bishop of Fan Rock, his daughter, Crystal Gale Bishop of Ohio, six grandchildren and ten grandchildren, his brother Donald Bishop.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm Monday February 18, 2019 at Evans-Calfee Funeral Service 614 Appalachian Highway Pineville with Pastors Sam Lester and Roy Lee Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in the Bishop Family Cemetery, Fan Rock. Friends may gather with the family from noon until time of service.
